Ingredients
1 whole chicken, quatered
1/2 c mustard
1/4 c ketchup
1/2 c water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground red pepper
2 tbsp vinegar
1 lemon
1 onion, diced
1 stick butter
Directions
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Let it sit for 30 minutes.2. Refrigerate it until used.
3. Heat the griller at 275 F and cook the chicken for 1-1 1/2 hour.
4. If you want to bake it in oven, bake it for 1-1 1/2 hours.
5. Melt butter and add onions. Saute until dark brown.
6. Add mustard, ketchup, vinegar, water, lemon juice, salt and mix everything well.
7. Let it cook for 30 minutes.
8. Dip the chicken in the sauce and cook it for 10 minutes.
9. Dip it once more and cook for another 10 minutes.
10. Serve chicken with stir fried bean and potatoes and sauce.
