500 gr beef has deep, diced 2 × 2 cm
1200 ml coconut milk from a coconut
2 bay leaves
2 cm galangal, crushed
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed

Spices:
15 pcs red chili
10 pcs red onion
3 cloves garlic
4 pcs hazelnut
1 tsp coriander
1 / 2 tsp pepper
1 cm ginger, peeled
2 cm turmeric
1 / 2 tablespoon salt
Seasoning kalio: heat oil, sauté ground spices, bay leaves, galangal, and lemongrass until fragrant, put the meat, cook until it changes color. Enter the coconut milk, cook until thickened and out of oil, remove from heat.
